Whilst we manufacture in both Australia and in Asia, many of our materials come from all over the world including North America, Europe and Asia.
As countries managed the spread of COVID-19 by closing, reopening, and implementing many forms of social distancing, these necessary actions have caused significant disruption to our raw material supply chain since February 2020.
Empty ocean freight containers became exceptionally hard to secure due to the increased demand and restrictions for containers to return back to Asia.
Current delivery time is 6-8 weeks.
Whilst manufacturing is starting to stabilise, like all International companies, we are experiencing delivery delays due to international freight forwarding capability related to global trade imbalance.

Should our delivery schedule not suit you, we can arrange an outside furniture carrier to deliver your furniture at a precise day/time. We will obtain a quotation for you on request.
Deluxe Delivery includes unpacking, assembly and the removal of packaging materials. We will contact you a few days before your delivery to confirm delivery details and give an approximate delivery time.
